Welcome to the Image Gallery of the Grand défi Pierre Lavoie. The gallery includes a selection of images that Internet users and media representatives can download, subject to the following terms of use. Please take a few minutes to read those terms.

By downloading, reproducing or using any image from the gallery, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this notice. The user accepts the binding nature of this agreement, as well as any links it includes, as though it was a negotiated and signed written agreement. After notifying the user, the Grand défi Pierre Lavoie may at any time cancel the licence granted for the use of the images. The user must then agree to immediately stop using the images. 

1. The images may be used for editorial, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized use of the images for promoting a business, product, service or any other commercial interest of a third party, including, without limitation, the use of images near a trademark, symbol, logo, title or presentation belonging to a third party, is strictly prohibited. Go, le Grand défi may revoke the licence for the use of the images in case of breach of or failure to comply with these restrictions. 

2. The images must be used in the format in which they are provided in the gallery. They cannot be modified, altered, distorted, cropped or re-formatted under any circumstances. 

3. Go, le Grand défi may refuse to grant permission to use the images for any reason whatsoever. 

4. Go, le Grand défi may from time to time update the terms of use at its discretion. The continued use of the images constitutes an acceptance of the updated terms of use. The user is responsible for visiting this web page to check for updates. 

5. All copyrights and intellectual property rights must be respected and upheld.
